I wanted to duplicate the Mango Pineapple Smoothie at McDonalds and so I was ecstatic when I found this recipe! I just fabricated it, and even though I completely forgot to add the foam of coconut this was merely as refreshing and succulent every bit McDonalds and a lot cheaper. I made it with 0% fatty vanilla yogurt which but brought the calorie count fashion down. Thanks for posting! :D

Swell! I used coconut milk to replace the milk and foam of coconut. I didn't need the actress sweet as my fruit was very ripe. Thanks for the recipe - its a good one.

This was a nice refreshing smoothie. I froze the assistant, used soy milk, and substituted orange juice for the pineapple every bit I didn't have any, and the result was a creamy tasty smoothie. In that location are a few strands of mango hanging out in this, merely it's nil you tin't put up with for the taste.

Smoothies provide a lot of margin for error. I made this recipe with what I had on hand, plainly yogurt instead of vanilla, orange/strawberry/assistant juice instead of pineapple and I did non have whatsoever cream of coconut. Without the cream of coconut, information technology was a lilliputian tart, but nevertheless good. I could have added splenda or some other sweetener, just enjoyed it as it was. I added some strawberries, which were awesome. I look forward to trying this with the proper ingredients and realize my "4" isn't fair in calorie-free of my substitutions.

I've never heard of cream of coconut, but the rest of the ingrdients made a yummy drink. I found information technology a bit thick, simply a few ice cubes solved that trouble. This was a striking with the piffling people.

Very good. I used what I had on manus...fresh pineapple instead of juice, frozen banana, fresh mango, nonfat vanilla ice cream and used coconut milk in identify of the milk/foam of kokosnoot. I also added nearly 1/2 cup of ice to make it thicker. Very yummy and creamy!

I added some strawberries and pineapple juice...Y'all can add virtually any fruit you want and it will turn out not bad.

Hither'south what I did: (a bulk of the original ingredients, but unlike proportions): 4 cups frozen mango chunks, 2 cups sliced cold pineapple, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/ii loving cup yogurt, 1/2 cup orangish juice, and i/2 banana. Actually skillful!!!

I modified this according to what I had on manus - skim milk, plain yogurt, vanilla extract - and I'm not sure what cream coconut is, but I didn't desire to open up a whole tin can of coconut milk for just ii tbsp, then I left that out too. I think side by side fourth dimension I volition add more banana. Thanks, Starflower!

Incredible. Even my 9 year erstwhile son who claims he hates mango loved this ane.

All we could gustatory modality was the banana. Won't brand over again.

When I first fabricated this I really liked it when I tasted it. And so, I realized I forgot the mango. I ended up adding it and I thought it made kind of a tart taste information technology didn't have without information technology. As well, whenever I add mango to a smoothie, it turns the smoothie kind of fiberous unless I blend it a long time. However, I don't like smoothies similar h2o either from and so much blending. Nonetheless, I fabricated two servings and we did drink it all. I would consider adding ice cubes though.

I do not like yogurt but this, this is really skilful. I didn't have any pineapple juice so I had fresh pineapple cut it up thru it all in the blinder and wammmm. Skillful stuff getting ready to make information technology again thanks. Rita

I love this smoothie recipe. I tastes very tropical.

This was great. I'grand not a fan of mango so I left it out. Notwithstanding awesome!!

This is a pretty good smoothie. I like my smoothies thicker and more than frozen, and so I left out the milk and froze the mango chunks. I didn't have foam of coconut, and then I subbed some flaked coconut, which made it a little chewy, just corking.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. I used orange juice and peach yogurt in the absence of the alternatives and information technology was but fantastic!!!

i didnt accept pinapple juice so i used orange juice. it wasn't sugariness plenty then i added a tbl spoon of splenda. even the 1/2 banana made the whole thing taste similar banana and information technology was really stringy like it had a bunch of hair in information technology. sense of taste was ok but dont call back ill make it again.

Good smoothie, think I'll use a frozen banana or some ice cubes next time.

I fabricated this recipe twice and overall information technology's pretty good, but I don't know if I will go out of my manner to make information technology again. I took off one star because cream of coconut is and so difficult to find at the grocery store (hint: I establish information technology well-nigh the alcoholic drink mixes at Walmart). The first fourth dimension I fabricated the recipe all I had was vanilla Greek yogurt. I don't recommend using Greek yogurt because the strong protein milk flavor of Greek yogurt tends to overpower the other fruity ingredients. The 2nd fourth dimension around I found it has a good texture with mild tropical fruitiness and is very, very sweet. Information technology was a scrap likewise sugariness for my taste. I'chiliad used to light-green smoothies for breakfast but this tasted more similar a desert than something I would consume while running out the door. Side by side fourth dimension I'll effort diluting the pineapple juice and adding some strawberries to requite it more fruit and less carbohydrate.

used Assistant yogurt, loved it.
04/13/2013
Instead a whole mango I just used mango ice cream and instead of cream of coconut I used ii tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.
04/22/2015
Fantastic. Left out the milk and reduced the pineapple juice from 1 loving cup to three/four cup. The family loved it.
01/24/2018
i fabricated this and information technology was really good and will brand it again

I substituted the pinapple juice for orange, banana, pineapple juice; coconut water for the cream coconut and used almond milk likewise. I added spinach flax seeds and chia; great mix!??
02/18/2017
Delicious!! I will definitely brand it once again... reminds me of pina coladas. Only downfall is the flakes of the coco butter... even so actually expert though!!

Excellent. I did make changes based on what I had on manus and was making a single serving so cutting the recipe downwards to one/4 cup instead of 1 cup measurements. I didn't have any kokosnoot, but will try it with it when I have some. I used frozen mango and pineapple chunks and plain vanilla yogurt, but added a scoop of vanilla protein pulverization. I might drop out the assistant entirely or reduce it next time I make it. Really yummy smoothie!

As much equally I honey fresh mangos (whatsoever type), I don't think information technology works well in smoothies. It kind of fabricated everything chalky/tedious tasting. I bet if you switched from fresh mangos to a liquid form and pineapple juice to fresh/frozen pineapples, it would exist balanced....that'due south just my opinion though. Overall, it wasn't bad.

I left out the milk and added a ton of ice and some chia seeds. Otherwise it would much too runny and warm for my liking. The results were tasty. I fabricated my own cream of coconut. (Annotation: this is a lot of carbohydrate for a smoothie)
04/23/2015
Great taste! Used/added/frozen mango & pineapple, goat yogurt, pea poly peptide, flax seed, coconut water, water & a fiddling spinach

We just had this smoothie and it was absolutely delicious! This is the outset time I've always tried mango in anything! I did utilise sweetened pineapple juice, crusade that's all I had, just information technology was delicious. I didn't add the foam of coconut, didn't accept any. Loved, loved, loved it and we'll have this again. I did freeze the mango and the banana - sliced them into small pieces and they separated ok and weren't a problem in my (weak) blender! :) I'm going to Pivot the recipe on Pinterest. I'chiliad sure others will love it too. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this succulent recipe!!
